Shipments abroad, to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers, and poste restante deliveries are not possible. Shipping is handled by mail, parcel service, or freight carrier, depending on the item.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping fee of €4.95 will be charged for your order, regardless of the order value.
For particularly large and heavy products (gas grills and Attitude models), freight carrier shipping costs of €34.99 will be charged.
Please note that items that cannot be shipped via parcel service (grills, etc.) will always be delivered by freight carrier to the curb.
