Right of withdrawal and instructions on withdrawal, declaration of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for goods that have been sealed by CGD for reasons of consumer health protection or hygiene and are unsuitable for return because their seal has been broken after delivery.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and are delivered separately, the period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item. However, a single order does not exist simply because you ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to each other. If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

by means of a clear statement sent by email of your decision to cancel this order. You can also use our cancellation form (click here to download the cancellation form).
... To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you relating to the cancelled order, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that in the case of a collect shipment, we charge a processing fee of EUR 20.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, or, in the case of items that cannot be sent by post, by handing them over to the carrier designated by us. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched or handed over before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
