Conditions of participation
For the promotion “3 free cartridges with the purchase of one of the promotional devices” (“Promotion”):
• Organizer: This campaign is carried out by Camping Gaz (Deutschland) GmbH, Am Eisernen Steg 20, 65795 Hattersheim am Main.
• This promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent. Participation is only permitted for residents of Germany or Austria. Participation is limited to one person per household (same name, same address). Each receipt can only be entered once in the promotion.
• The promotion is only valid when purchasing a new Campingaz device listed in the following table (“promotional device”):

To participate in the promotion, participants must purchase a promotional device between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period") and then properly complete the online form on the Campingaz promotion page at www.campingaz.com/cv470-Promo, upload a copy of the purchase receipt, and send it to the organizer. Participation is only possible if all mandatory information (marked with *) has been completed completely and truthfully.
The promotional device must be purchased from a retailer in Germany or Austria within the promotional period. Submissions will be accepted until January 15, 2026 ("Deadline"). Submissions received after this date will not be considered.
• Camping Gaz (Deutschland) GmbH reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion and the associated general terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of external circumstances beyond its control.
• No cash payout is offered as an alternative to the 3 cartridges.
• Delivery of the 3 cartridges is subject to stock availability.
• The 3-pack of CV470 All-Season cartridges will be sent to the participant within 28 days of the correct submission of the online form.
• No liability is assumed for data loss, particularly during data transmission, and other technical defects.
Information on data protection:
The personal data provided by participants as part of the promotion will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and following up on the promotion and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. In this context, the data may be made available to third parties for the purpose of administering the promotion (e.g., companies affiliated with the organizer within the meaning of Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and/or service providers) and deleted after the promotion has ended.

• These terms and conditions of participation are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law excludes the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the participant has their habitual residence.
• By submitting the online form, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation and agrees that he or she may be contacted by email and post to process the Campingaz promotion “3 free cartridges with the purchase of a promotional device”.
