For the promotion “3 free cartridges with the purchase of one of the promotional devices” (“Promotion”):

• Organizer: This promotion is organized by Camping Gaz (Deutschland) GmbH, Am Eisernen Steg 20, 65795 Hattersheim am Main.
• Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old and legally competent are eligible to participate in this promotion. Participation is permitted only for persons residing in Germany or Austria. Participation is limited to one person per household (same name, same address). Each receipt can only be used once in the promotion.
• This offer is only valid when purchasing a new Campingaz appliance listed in the following table (“promotional appliance”):

To participate in the promotion, participants must purchase a promotional appliance between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period") and then correctly complete the online form on the Campingaz promotion page www.campingaz.com/cv470, upload a copy of the proof of purchase, and send it to the organizer. Participation is only possible if all mandatory fields (marked with *) have been completed fully and truthfully.

The promotional device must be purchased from a retailer in Germany or Austria within the promotional period. Submissions will be accepted until January 15, 2027 (the "submission deadline"). Submissions received after this date cannot be considered.

• Camping Gaz (Deutschland) GmbH reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion and the associated terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of external circumstances beyond its control.
• No cash payout is offered as an alternative to the 3 cartridges.
• The delivery of the 3 cartridges is subject to stock availability.
• The 3-pack of CV470 Plus cartridges will be sent to the participant within 14 days of proper submission of the online form.
• No liability is accepted for data loss, especially during data transmission, and other technical defects.

Information on data protection:
The personal data provided by participants in connection with this promotion will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and following up on the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. In this context, the data may be made available to third parties for the purpose of processing the promotion (e.g., companies affiliated with the organizer within the meaning of Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and/or service providers) and will be deleted again after the promotion has ended.

• These terms and conditions of participation are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This choice of law does not apply to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the participant has their habitual residence.

• By submitting the online form, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation and agrees that he or she may be contacted by email and post for the processing of the Campingaz promotion “3 free cartridges with the purchase of a promotional device”.
