  • 1 large handful of flat-leaf parsley (15g)
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 generous teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 generous teaspoon of honey
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  • salt, black pepper
