Big appetite, small grill? No problem. With our Party Grill 400 CV, the lid also serves as a wok. For example, this classic French vegetable dish can be prepared wonderfully for several people in it. Wash, chop and stew vegetables, ready in a short cooking time. Eugen's tip: Fresh baguette goes perfectly with this, which can also be briefly placed on the grill before serving. Ingredients for 4 people:
1 aubergine
1 courgette
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
5 small cherry tomatoes
2 small onions
2 cloves of garlic
30 ml olive oil
Paprika powder, pepper and salt
Fresh thyme, flat-leaf parsley and rosemary to taste

Here's how:

Wash the summer vegetables thoroughly and cut into uniform pieces. Finely dice the shallots and garlic cloves and add them to the preheated wok with olive oil. Sauté briefly and then add the remaining vegetables, the tomatoes come last. Season as desired with fresh herbs, paprika powder, salt and pepper and let the ratatouille simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are still a little firm to the bite. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on how soft the vegetables are desired.
