Eugen's grill tip: Colorful, more colorful, grilled ratatouille

Big appetite, small grill? No problem. The lid of our Party Grill 400 CV also serves as a wok. It's a great way to prepare this French classic, even for several people. Chop the vegetables, braise, and you're done. Eugen's tip: Fresh baguette goes perfectly with this dish. If you like, you can even briefly grill it before serving. Well then, Bon Appétit!

Ingredients for 4 people:
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
5 small cocktail tomatoes
2 small onions
2 cloves of garlic
30 ml olive oil
Paprika powder, pepper and salt
Fresh thyme, flat-leaf parsley and rosemary to taste

Here's how:

Wash and chop the vegetables. Finely dice the shallots and garlic and add them to the hot wok with a little olive oil. Sauté briefly, then add the remaining vegetables, finishing with the tomatoes. Season to taste with chopped herbs, paprika, pepper, and salt, and let simmer for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are just slightly firm to the bite.
